The Pandanus House is our biggest project designed and built by Tropix Homes. An existing dwelling was demolished to make room for this stunning two story residence located in Stuart Park comprising five bedrooms+study, and three bathrooms, capturing ocean views over Dinah Beach Marina. Zoned as two separate living spaces, the upstairs houses the living areas and main bedrooms, whilst underneath has a separate entertaining space with a bedroom and bathroom for guests or a teenager’s retreat. The floor plan has been staggered to allow different parts of the house to capture different views of the site, whilst allowing cross ventilation to cool the bedrooms and living spaces.
