THE PROCESS

  1. Meeting with Designer/Builder followed by site inspection

  2. Preparation of design brief

  3. Preparation of sketch design includes Site Plan, Floor plan, 3D images of Interior and Exterior, and a window schedule (Deposit paid)

  4. Estimate prepared by Tropix Homes

  5. Acceptance of design documentation conditions

  6. Approval to commence working drawings (Deposit paid)

  7. Approval to commence Engineering (Deposit paid)

  8. Contract Price

  9. Sign building contracts

  10. Deposit to Builder

  11. Commence construction
